2020: The service here is on another level and they have late evening appointments! My husband went first (he doesn't like going as much as I do) and he actually used the word 'love' Had a great view of the city while Dr Sushil, Maria did xrays and cleaned and inspected my teeth. They worked so well as a team they made me feel comfortable.The facility was clean, state of the art and the chair was actually comfortable too. I'm recommending everyone here!

I appreciate the attentiveness of the office boys and receptionists. Even when you cal to make an appointment they are very helpful. Plus you can understand the. Oh and they will message you on WhatsApp with directions.

Cleaning with Dr SHIBY THOMAS amazing job. I have very sensitive teeth as well as I am very scared of all doctors. Dr. THOMAS she was so gentle and patient with me. I did not feel any pain at all. Recently visited BIDC- West Bay for a complicated chronic dental complaint. It was a fabulous wonderful and warm experience from start to finish.

The dental clinic is well maintained, following all necessary sterilisation recommendations and the entire staff at the clinic are amazing especially Mr Dhanoop and second to none is Alex, both were extremely helpful in arranging the appointments and following up visits. Cheers to you all!!!

One of my fillings broke off, and I went to get a crown, and to my delighted surprise Dr Raiha Rashid provided me with two other alternatives. She explained each and it's limitations. I chose the composite filling - large three surfaces. I'm extremely happy with the outcome, and in the process I saved tons of money. I have been going to BIDC for years and am always impressed with the doctors professionalism and the service provided by all the staff.

The clinic is by far the best dental clinic in Qatar. I live in Dubai and yet, I do all my dental work in this clinic. It has the most up to date machines and facilities, not to mention the dentists are specialised in their area of expertise.

One thing that will become immediately evident is the warm welcome and efficiency of the staff on ground, all extremely friendly and efficient. I can't recommend this clinic enough. If you want your dental work done in a clean, very advanced and professional environment then BIDC is for you.
